• Minimum stay:3 nights (2 nights possible on request with a short-stay surcharge).
• High season minimum stay: 7 nights.
• Pricing: We have per-person rates! Prices apply to the first and second guest; each additional guest is charged according to the apartment category.
• High season pricing: New Year’s Eve, February, July, and August.
• Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the travel price is due within 10 days of booking (account details will be sent with your booking confirmation). The remaining balance can be paid on site in cash, by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), by debit card, or before/after arrival via bank transfer.
• Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome. Cost: €20 per pet/night. Food bowls, towels, and dog bed are provided. Please pay in cash on site. All information about holidays with dogs.
• Check-in & Check-out: Apartments are available from 3:00 PM. You will receive a code via SMS the day before arrival to access your apartment independently. Please provide your mobile number on the inquiry or booking form. On departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
• Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC/Maestro cards, cash, and bank transfers. The remaining balance is due no later than on your day of departure.

If you are unable to take your holiday and we can rebook the apartment in time, no cancellation fees will apply. If this is not possible, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price (deposit)
• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• Cancellation within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
• Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total price

The right of withdrawal under § 18 para. 1 item 10 FAGG does not apply. For all further details regarding bookings and reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Providers dated 15.11.2006 are agreed.
